Do’s and don’ts
Do
- Check every listing fact against the property records.
- Disclose virtual staging clearly.
- Use AI for first drafts, and your local knowledge for the final word.
Don’t
- Write listing copy that hints at who should or should not live there. Fair housing rules apply.
- Present virtually staged photos as the real rooms.
- Paste client finances into AI tools.
Watch out for
- Follow fair housing rules: no language about who should live in a property.
- Do not let AI describe features that are not there or measurements you have not checked.
